Method

Add all the ingredients to a blender, bar the milk. Then blend all ingredients together until the pancake batter is ‘lump’ free. Now this is where you add the milk, all depending on if you want thick or thin pancakes, personally I prefer thick! You might not even have to add any milk at all, it’s all personal preference. Next have a frying pan on a medium heat, pour your pancake batter into the pan, obviously pour as much as you want, depending on the size you want your pancakes. Let it cook for around 2 minutes, then it’s time to do the dreaded flip, and cook the other size for another 2 minutes. Quick tip, to insure the pancake is cooked all the way through, put a lid on the pan for around a minute, just to keep the heat in. Repeat this process, until all the batter is gone. Then top your pancakes with whatever you desire, personally I love a little bit of melted Nutella and some strawberries.

Hope you enjoy!!!
