Chocolate Protein Spread
Here’s a quick and easy way to make your very own homemade chocolate protein spread.
All you’ll need are some very simple ingredients:
- 20g Peanut Butter
- 20g Chocolate Whey Protein
- Little amount of water
- Add the 20g of peanut butter to a microwaveable bowl. Place in the microwave for around 30 seconds, or until the mixture is soft.
- From there add your 20g of whey protein with a small amount of water until a thick spreadable paste.
Make sure you don’t add to much water, as no one wants a runny spread!
Then it can be simply used to top anything, toast, rice cakes, or even a dip for your bananas!
