What’s so special about Blackberries?

Blackberries are a fruit packed full of antioxidants and vitamins.

Blackberries literally go with anything, which makes it so easy to get them in your diet on a consistent basis. They are perfect to pop in your post workout shake, or maybe chuck a handful in some yogurt. If not, they are perfectly fine by them self as a snack. Also if on a diet theses are perfect, as they are low calories, but filling.

Just half a cup of Blackberries contains enough electrolytes to rehydrate and reset the balance in your body as well as having cancer fighting flavonoids it contains a brilliant source of niacin which improves your mood and mind.

So get eating those blackberries people!!!!
